Here is the page to order Custom Music Boxes for a tune you own or a tune you have already obtained the rights to.

We will need three things from you.

1. An mp3, wav. file or copy of sheet music of the tune. Please put the tune title on the file or sheet music and your given name, not just your screen name on your email to us. Please email the attachment to: musicboxw@aol.com, only after you have sent in your order form.

2. A written letter that gives us permission to make a music box for you. Please put the tune title on the subject line of the email, and include your given name, not just your screen name on your email to us. Please email the letter in the body of the email, or as an attachment to: musicboxw@aol.com, only after you have sent in your order form.

3. A completely filled out order form below.
