Here is the page to order Custom Music Boxes for a a favorite tune that you have heard and you would like to see if you can have it made up as a custom music box because you have already checked our tune list and have not found it.You also do not want to contact the publishers* yourself and would prefer to pay us to do that for you.

We will need two things from you.

1. An mp3, wav. file or copy of sheet music of the tune and any other information you may have about the tune. Please put the tune title on the file or sheet music and your given name, not just your screen name on your email to us. Please email the attachment to: musicboxw@aol.com, only after you have sent in your order form.

2. A completely filled out order form below.
